I really liked this. Very beautiful.

This song was so calming, and surreal. It was like sitting on a bench at the park during the night. Letting reality melt away, and letting the impossible become possible. The beauty of imagination, and the colours that lie behind all the grey.

It's symbolic of nostalgia, aswell as suave emotions. Keep it up. I don't think this is DnB, persay. This game would go great when you are set off on an adventure to acquire something sacred in the night. It has this after hours feel to it. Keep it up! 5/5 10/10

RetromanOMG responds:

In a way, it's not really DnB. The speed of the song is a bit too low, and the actual drum work is limited in this song.

Whatever, I don't usually think of genres when I make music. It's nice to see that you enjoyed this.

Wow.. This was great!

The part at 0:23 was epic. It reminded me of Medievil. A great game. This was really epic! I dont' know why people hate on music like this. Fuck them for not appreciating all music. This is definately music people can reflect off many things in life with. Keep composing my friend, you have talent! Great job! 5/5 10/10

I know, right? I thought I was doing something wrong, but then I thought about it for a moment and saw that it's absolutely possible that not everyone is into this type of music. I dont blame them--I know that this music is really not for everyone. Besides, there's really no single artist out there who can please EVERYONE. Example: even as good of music Hans Zimmer writes, a few people still hate his music. Go figure!?? Apparently, people have different tastes in music; therefore, all I can do is respect their opinions and hope that some day they will find it in their own hearts to enjoy this music. Thanks for your support of my music!

Mhmm.. It's like staring at a world from above.

Everything fits so well together, in a powerful force. I didn't like the percussion you chose, to be honest. There is something about it, that isn't creating a force along with the greater force of the leads, and the beautiful bell sounds. I love the bass though. That is good work. That percussion brings me away from that beaitful sound. It needs more depth, like you are diving. I hope you get what I mean. XD

Great work though. I liked this! ^^ 5/5 10/10 Glad to have inspired you :3

Yeah, I was a bit iffy on the drums too. I really like the rhythm I used, it's just I didn't have a good tom pack, so I had to fall back on kicks. Once I find some good samples i'll return to this song and doctor it up.

Thanks for the review! :D

Very nice.

This was beautiful. I really liked that distanced lead you had going that started at 1:03. It gives you a great feeling of motion. I also really liked how all the other leads came in afterwards. It worked so well. All from a very simply intro. Very nice job. :D 5/5 10/10

Kassich responds:

thank you so much for the detailed response (it means you actually listened YAY) simplicity is something that's super important in writing good music, and its a rule that's hard for me to follow sometimes (insert all of my wall of sound songs here) thanks for noticing, it means a lot :)

Nice. Reminds me of DKC

A very soft, floaty version of their style. This was really beautiful. I enjoyed the piano. I will admit, the intro didn't catch my attention until the drums + piano came in along with that heavenly lead. I liked this alot. I can see a time as we walk without someone to lean on their shoulders. A time where all we have is ourselves. Wandering across the barren lands. Searching.. For something.. Amazing. 5/5 10/10

You have potential.

Definately, after listening to this. I feel that you are only scratching the surface my friend. This is not your paramount, nor is it close to such a level. You have hidden potential that you need to find deep inside you. I really liked this despite it's shortness. It brings you to a deep place submerged in our threads of life. It was pretty surreal. I believe you can do alot better than this. Keep at it. 5/5 10/10

Yeah, I'm happy with this too, and I want to explore more of this kind of thing, with a more in depth look. Thanks for the review!

Very nice.

It reminds me of the vast universe, and it's many thresholds gleaming with mystery. It that stardust feel to it. It's very soothing. Great job with this. I agree with Jake about giving the percussion a bit more depth ; quality. 5/5 10/10. I still think it's perfect the way it is. ^-^. Keep making music. :D

Or4nges responds:

Thanks man :D.

I've thought about it, and I think I was subconciously trying to pull a Dimrain47 on the percussion. He basically let's the melodies carry the song and there's only percussion because the trance genre demands it :p

Either way, do you guys mean that the kick needs more beefing up in the bass section? Bah, i'll work it out.

Thanks for the gracious review :)

Very nice!

I loved this man. Many may not see it but when it comes to ambient songs, the direct approach the author is trying to protray immediately makes this a world, not a song. I can see a tundra, miles stretching under the nightly skies, a man who is embarked on an adventure to survive in this icy wilderness. Due to a plane wreck he survived from. He walks alone, baring the memories of his dead people he was once happy with before the plane crash. Only his heart can allow him to keep going. To never give up. Mhmm..

I really enjoyed this song, and I look forward to seeing your game. Is this the song I inspired you on? I'm a bit confused when your inspiration started. XD Anyways, 5/5 10/10 man. Keep it up. I will check up on your latest songs every now and then. Keep doing what you doing. I hope to see that game completed soon :D. Good day to you.

I'm glad you like it! Unfortunately my game is not a flash game so I can't release it here, but I will definitely post a link when it is finished.

I was actually refering to my newest song "Warm and Cool" that your song inspired me to make. Again I'm really glad you liked it.

The light slowly fades away..

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (silence) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The Voices: The compositon, in which was bridged together by genuine fields, has been allocated intellectually, through the fields of essence. Somber shadows retreating cohesively, through a still transition in which time is still. Memories, slipping away through reality's remaining thresholds from your exoskeleton, soon to subside quietly, in the whispers, and mourning of our earthly cries.

Slowly.. time..will..cradle..you..until..''the y''..let..go.. then.. there..will..be.. .. . . . .
(More overly dramatic dots) . . . . . .. . .. .. ... .. .. . . . . . . (I might be Morse code) - -

This was thoroughly enjoyable, I could relate this to this very well. It definately makes you see as you wanted it to protray. Very talented. Keep up the droning, because we as listeners do more than just droning.. When we hear familiar whispers of our inner mind's structures created by mere sound. 5/5 10/10

FatKidWitAJetPak responds:

Exactly haha. The listeners interpertation of the song can be vast and endless. Personally, I think ambient is a genre that can fully express ones inner mind through meditational energies, as you have explained in this review. It is the best way that I can create a piece of "art" and have people "see" it as if it were a painting of sounds piecing together images in the listeners mind.

This beautiful.

I really enjoyed this. I heard the emotion in this song before I read the description sukk1e. This is truly beautiful, in it's own original form. I loved what you put into this. It's really great. I myself, truely is bewildered by the piano, and I really loved the female like voices around 3:20. This is 9 minutes. This reminded me a mix between many great games. Ape Escape, Kingdom Hearts, Wild Arms, and many other great titles. Keep making music. I am very glad my song inspired you. You should never quit making music.

A response to sukk1e: People are not overeacting. When we listen to songs that display this kind of emotion, we are psychologically not only hearing the emotion this talented creator made, they are also reflecting their past, and everything that was once pure to them. I can promise you, even if he didn't have it as the description, people would've said the same thing, even more. You know why? Because when it comes to a song or picture, or movie that is directed to the creator, the listener ; viewer, they will not fully feel it as a part of themselves. Because they are mourning over what the creator has put all their emotion towards. Hope this helps your views in the future, if you ever check back on this song someday and happen to see my review.
